To ensure your piano is kept under guarantee, we draw your attention to our recommendations on the care and maintenance of the instrument. Your piano should reside in a temperate atmosphere where relative humidity ranges from 45% to 65%. If you fail to observe these conditions, this could cause damage to your piano for which we cannot accept liability.
